2. Is Speke HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. The entire speke system is fully encrypted and secured from end-to-end. If you would like more information or technical details, or a formal Security Assessment, please provide any forms or questions and I can work with my IT Security team to complete these.
3. Is Speke/ScribeAmerica SOC-2 Type II Certified?
Yes.
4. What AI models/LLM/version/etc. does Speke use?
We use a mix of proprietary and publicly available state-of-the-art models. We also tune the models further in-house and offer specialty-specific outputs.

The engineers working on our Speke platform have previously worked with major tech companies, including Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta.
5. How is the physician notified if Speke could not generate a note for a visit?
If Speke is ever unable to generate a note, it will explain this to the physician in the space where the AI-generated draft note would usually be. Most likely this is due to the physician not speaking clearly or loudly enough, or not being given enough information about the visit & services provided.
