Large Integrated Health System Steadily Grows HealthChannels Solutions System-Wide

THE SYSTEM AND ITS SOLUTION

A large, integrated health system with more than 45 locations totaling in over 180 providers, launched multiple HealthChannels solutions system-wide to support their provider enablement initiative. A partner since 2015, the system was also an early adopted of Speke AI technology in 2021. Hosting twenty three different emergency departments, urgent care centers, and specialties, the system combined their solutions across the system into a single comprehensive approach, combining in-person medical scribes, virtual medical scribes, and Speke AI. After trialing its combined solution, the system expanded their coverage to more than fourteen specialties.
